Initial commit

- create subsystem system using clone syscall, shared memory, shared
  file descriptors
- printk-like logging facility (TODO: console loglevel)
- initcall system (like linux kernel)

TODO: determine license
factors: linker.ld, linux kernel licensing (some ideas are more
  liberally taken rather than paraphrased)
